• Renewal history. When a record renews, its previous date and document stay in its history.

What Solo and Business add

• Unlimited records. On the free plan, a record can be added only while the ledger holds fewer than 3.
• Reminder emails to your ledger’s notification address 90, 60, 30, 7 and 1 days before each expiration date by default, and on the day itself. If a record expires and its date isn’t updated, follow-ups 1, 7 and 30 days later.

Solo is for one person: a Solo ledger has no teammates. Business takes teammates in one shared ledger, with no per-seat fees. On either plan, only the owner manages billing.

Can my office manager or crew use the same account?

Yes. The owner invites teammates by email and everyone works in one shared ledger. Teammates need the Business plan ($29/mo), with no per-seat fees.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Every new ledger starts on it: up to 3 records and one reminder email 30 days before each record expires (for records that keep their 30-day reminder), with no credit card needed. Solo and Business add unlimited records and the full reminder schedule.

What happens if I stop paying for a plan?

Your account drops to the free plan instead of locking you out - everything you've already added stays safe and visible. On the free plan you're capped at 3 records and it sends only one reminder email 30 days before each record expires (for records that keep their 30-day reminder); subscribing again brings back the rest.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, there's no contract. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from the billing page.
